I'd love to see something that existed on an rp mud I used to play years and years ago: A Think channel Functionally it provided little more than a Prayer channel, thougbhts were only avaiable to the immortals, but it allowed a character to provide insight into his actions that immortals could use. Seperating think and pray also allows immortals to ignore one or the other channel depending on what they're doing. Anyway that's all. (Enjoying the mud so far otherwise, I like how it's structured) |

If I am not terribly mistaken, you used to be able to send tells to yourself. |

Oh you still can emulate thinking by yourself when you're alone, the difference is though if you send tells to yourself immortals will not be privy to your thoughts. And isn't it more fun to have a world where the imms can read your mind if you "give them the means to" aka you THINK something. |

There really aren't enough IMMs around to make this a worthwhile addition to the game. They have a lot on their plate without think spam at the moment. I think it's an interesting concept, but I don't know. Can't see this one happening at the moment. |

It might be interesting, but could become tedious and I am not sure the immortal side would be as cool as you hope. If there are ways of filtering said channel or perhaps just making it possible to read history of said channel per character, that would be interesting. Just having a line piped in a la prayer channel is not necessary and would quickly become in disuse. |
