Shattered Kingdoms

Pre-changes I was able to launch six attacks with a rapier on aggressive. I was able to get five on defensive. I'm still able to get five on defensive, but only get five on aggressive.

Is this related to peak attributes, that haste needs to increase your peak weapon speed? I'm not quite sure I understand how this spell works now.

I'm just making sure of something. GM Haste?

No, level 50 haste.

Doubt that would make much of a difference. I wonder though if the way stacking happens/doesn't happen is affecting it now. Like with the Giant Strength stuff. Something about having it enchanted at some point means GS won't affect you.

Are your weapons enchanted for weapon speed? If so, perhaps that means the weapon speed bonus from Haste doesn't affect you. O.O

But that doesn't account for the increase in defensive. You only get four in defensive without haste, huh?
