I really like the time calculator that you guys have on the website (http://www.shatteredkingdoms.org/time). It's really helpful for figuring out dates, etc. Still, I think it would be even more helpful if you had a way to put in a Pyrathian date so it would give you the real life date as well. For example, my character has a friend IC who has a significant event occurring on a particular date in the future. In order to figure out the real life date of said IC date so I knew when I, the player, should plan to be online for said event, I had to guess around on the calculator until I stumbled across the right one. Can we please include a reverse date calculator as well? Thanks

I was actually just coming to the forums to post this same idea. I didn't even know they had the sk.com/time page. Thats pretty awesome in itself. But I agree. The person being told the date needs a way to translate it back to realworld time. I think it would also be cool to have some sort of command to do it in-game.
a keyword followed by a specific OOC date/time in a specific order that would output the IC date. Then a separate command where you type in the IC date and it will output the ooc date/time. Would be awesome.
The whole "See you in two month's time" kinda works but its not very specific. How do I say "I get off work at 930 so I'll probably log around 10."
"I shall make my return on Day of Deception, Winter Wolf 23rd, 1297 T.A."
I guess going ooc would probably be easier. "hey, I'll be home at 10 west coast time" But still. Nice to keep things IC.
Time Calculator... I want it. lol

Agreed. It took me some fudging about in the time calculator to come up with a Day of Freedom on a weekend that could be sometime that both sides of the pond would be awake/potentially playing when the Press reopened. :)

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one having difficulties and wishing we had a tool to help us figure this out better. Can any IMM pitch in on this subject? Is it a possibility for us to get?

I'm fairly certain time moves consistently even if pulses do not. We could reverse engineer our own time calculator with enough attention to detail.
