First one, no, for the same reason grep said.
That is not an issue. First of all, if you are in enemy territory, what do you care about one more crime if you just fought people and are trying to take your fallen compatriot's corpse away? If you couldn't lift the entire weight of the corpse and just took the items out instead you'd get a crime added to your list. Why should taking the whole corpse be any different? If you are in friendly territory, just don't report your friend when he grabs your corpse for you, and if there are NPCs around poltergeist it first then let him take it. Or just pardon him if you have the means. Or ask a local tribunal member to get it. Just because it's a crime doesn't mean it will get reported or that it will stick.
This is not a valid objection to this blatant inconsistency. If theft of stuff from a corpse is a crime, then taking the corpse with all the stuff should be at least as severe a crime. You're arguing for artificial convenience over internal consistency and, as I just pointed out, it's not even a big inconvenience. There is no valid reason for corpse taking to work the way it does vis-à-vis corpse looting.
I agree that in the Wastes desecrating a corpse should not be against the law. That was the exception I was talking about. Anywhere else, it should be a crime.
