Because it is not always obvious which items are "restricted" I believe this would be useful. It would also help in situations where you normally carry a spare weapon and shield in your inventory, but have picked up several new pieces that you haven't gotten identified yet. This warning would allow you to get rid of the new items rather than risking one of your regular weapons being randomly chosen for removal.

I like this idea. Perhaps even include a list of items that qualify to be stolen (ones that are currently in your inventory) so you can know what you might have to drop. Even though the code for it would be a little more difficult, it would be helpful.

The easy way around this is to just not carry more than six wearable items, which is sort of the point.
