If you put speed on kicking boots/hooves, do you kick faster, or is kick a set amount of lag? If it's not, and you spec in knuckles, do you get increased kicking speed?

The kick skill has it's own lag associated with it, which would be unaffected by combat speed enchantments.

Awww darn, I was thinking it'd be awesome to spec in knuckles as a front row merc so that your kicks were more accurate and they came faster.
