I recall the desire to code notice boards so that they are accessible from the forums. My question is "Is it acceptable to send someone a PM if I write someone a directed message and post it on a board ICly. Something like Hey there is a message for you in X city" Effectively using the forums to poke someone to read a notice board in case they dont check the notice board often. Until such code comes into existence. I figure it is something I should ask before doing as it is an OOC channel. |
