The Empire doesn't have 'imprisonment' as a punishment for ANY crime.

This is rather unfair to legion players. As it completely takes any bite out of getting jailed there, since no matter how big your wanted poster is, the sentence is just immediate execution.

Compared against every other kingdom where you can get sentences of dozens of RL hours.

Imprisoning people requires resources that the Empire doesn't want to spend on criminals.

Does that mean that if someone is in a jail it costs X amount per day they are in there. Giving jailed people another way to get "released from their jailed time" to have the execution hurried along up? You would probably need a buffer under which tribunal guard spawns wouldnt draw away from the jails funding. I think this is an interesting idea having pressure of keeping people in jail be a bad thing. Could give a tribunal command to let them execute prisoners before their time as a pardon for some of their crimes (Served 10 days and got executed your list is 10 days shorter from oldest crimes). The only problem I see is off line people serving jail time but given they serve it at a much reduced rate it wouldnt drain as much if they are doing that.
