There are really, really long lag spikes happening at the moment. It is not tick lag either. It is happening between ticks and nothing happens in the game during the lag - no scroll or combat rounds - so pretty confident it's not my connection. The same thing happened last Saturday. Do the hamsters get the weekends off or something? :wink:

I first noticed it and sent a PM to Dulrik just after 10 AM this morning local game time.
Wasn't able to get reconnected initially. Hopefully the matter is squared away soon.

I don't currently have any evidence that this is due to the game itself, particularly as people are saying it does not fall on ticks. It is most possible that there is some issue with our data center. The fact that it seems to happen on weekends is a head scratcher though.

By the way, just so people aren't making incorrect assumptions: The server is not located in California, it's home is a data center in Kansas.
