This is something I just thought of and hope to receive an easy answer: Does reciting a scroll held in the off-hand have the same penalties as wielding a weapon in your off-hand? Also, does reciting a scroll held in your good hand wield greater affect? And how about scribing? |

Pretty sure that handedness has absolutely no effect on anything outside of physical combat, so no. |
