This may have been mentioned before, but it would be nice to see some syntax in the game that works like this.

Quote:
train stat inquire hp

Kao says to you 'You can train durability 4 more times.'


Thoughts?

It would be great to know exactly where you are if you haven't been tracking a certain stat since creation.

It would be nice. But idk if it’s the best use of coding man-hours.
Notepad ++ works just fine for me.
Don’t get me wrong, in a perfect world, we’d have this. But it’s unnecessary.

This would make it a hell of a lot easier to figure out what your stats are in order to get the build you want.

Which is why I doubt it would be implemented. Alas.

A shop that sells single attribute-runed trinkets would be ideal for determining your base level.
Or better yet, a dude somewhere that is wearing a trinket for each attribute. Low level. Kill the jeweler, figure out your stats.

Yeah but then we'd have to get that shop or NPC built, which is still burning man hours.

There is a difference though. Dulrik makes code changes. Changes to mechanics. Things like that.
But imms that build things can create new items, or NPC’s, or areas.
So while it would still be utilizing “man hours” I was actually referring to Dulrik’s man hours.

I like Trag’s idea though. Single attribute items on certain Adcenturer Academy NPC’s.
Quick and easy and useful.

Maybe one of you veterans would be willing to put out some writing somewhere on what racial stats there are, since the old site doesn't exist anymore. Then some of the newbier people (like me) can do the necessary calculations.
