 Post subject: Dispel magic change changed holy word internal?

The change to dispel magic "Code Update 3/14/2017" means Holy word no longer does a room dispel. Was this just an oversight no one noticed or was it intentional so only sorcerors can dispel room effects now because wands and scrolls likelihood of working is basically zero vs anyone with gear. This seems like a serious oversight not to notice the change given that it means that priests now no long have a way to "make safe" an area.
Any chance someone can notice this and add dispel room back to Holy word ... seems like a massive change that was undocumented.

Shaman also have dispel. Warlocks I haven't played enough to remember if they can.
