Shattered Kingdoms

My first attempt at a snowflake. Went with a dwarf swash. Thought dual wielding battle axes would be beastly. Didn't get into the character too much. Had maybe slight potential. But decided to give up on him since he was pretty inactive.
Another that doesn't quite deserve an afterlife, but I'll give him the respect. Had to retire some alts.
I think he had par once. But he wasn't really anything to write home about. Perhaps I'll try again some other time.

Were you able to dw battle axes? If so what was your experience with them?

I tried it out, but wasn't getting enough swings with them.
...if I recall correctly, that is. They also aren't finesse weapons so that takes away from my ripost and(parry?).
I found a work around. But I wasn't dual wielding axes.
I'll let you figure that one out on your own.
He felt kinda beastly while training. But I ended up picking back up with Chronis.
I think ehnami was in between arkex and chronis and valarok was when I got bored on chronis quite a while back.
Maybe I'll unretire him in the future to try and gm him. But it isn't with the time getting him back into pk shape every month. Isn't worth the hoarder flag either.

But in short, yes. Code allowed for dw b axes.

Interesting. Didn't see him ever so can't comment on the character, but props for trying an unusual build.

A part of me would hope that axes (when wielded by dwarves with the finesse ability) would be granted finesse, but that's just me.

I never met the character, but I dabbled with a dwarf swash myself and I had a lot of fun. It's a shame that dual wielding battle axes isn't as badace as it sounds. Imms should make an exception for dwarves on the axe vs finesse thing. ^_^ Have fun on your next!

I almost feel like this is a missed opportunity.

Just make sure its not missed and give axes finesse bonuses when wielded by dwarves!
