Tristala was always great fun, though I think the only character I had who interacted with her much was Ealuriel. Good luck with your next. :drunk:

Tristala was pretty fun to play with. As Tyna, I enjoyed always having to watch my back metaphorically and physically around her, and I must admit it was a lot of fun to lure her into the trap in the Manor. For what it's worth, I was fully convinced IC and OOC that you actually did betray the harlequins by playing soul dice.

I loved the relationship Tristala had with Tyna, and I don't blame you in the slightest for you thinking that. In fact (I'm not sure if I mentioned it in my story,) it was because Aethus beat her in her own game, and blatently threw mortality in her face that Tristala sort of fell in love with him. All other times she died, she was able to convince herself that it was because she let it happen, and it was all a part of some grand scheme she had. (Again, Tristala = quite insane)

It's kind of crazy to think that Tristala knew Aldric when he was pretty young. Congrats on keeping a character for such an extended period of time. Tristala brought a lot to the game and I was always happy to see her on the who list and to interact with her. I'm glad that you will be making more characters because you contribute a lot to SK.

She was a very interesting character for sure. Brock and her had moments, though I remember her most from when I played Viliatrou. Fun times, good luck with what ever you create next.

Best memory of Tristala I had was with Tironitus when Veret tried to hook me up with her. All I had to do was win a duel....you kicked my butt.

*Frowns* Amithlen STILL talks frequently of her mentor. Constantly mentioning her in conversation as she had a very large impact on her. Having her away has effected her greatly. You helped shape my char, taught her many things and stirred things in her mind and heart that have been wanting to die for some time. I greatly enjoyed having her as my mentor and I will miss the RP! Who else is Amithlen supposed to whine to whenever she has ruined her trust with everyone else? Tristala was one of the few that AMithlen could -NOT- lie to, this made her hate and love her at the same time. Was a wonderful RP and I wished I could have been around for the end... Alas... work is a jerk. :(

Hehe, I log Tristala's ghost more often than the new characters I've rolled. She'll stop by. And Tristala didn't believe that you couldn't lie to her. She thought you were faking it. Remember when she said that she'd always believe you? The seccond half of that quote is "But I will not always trust you".

Never had a chance to say it in character, though.

P.S. That whole first mentor thing got me too. Tristala would talk fondly of Jaegyr, and in her eyes, she knew him well. When she would talk to somebody who knew him better, and they told her what he was really like, she instantly pegged them as liars who had their own agenda.

Tristala d'Hurricane? All I saw when I saw this name was Ryu spinning in circles and kicking someone in the face.
