It's not just light-aura, it's Meissa. The goddess of healing, whose follower is running around with weapons expressly made for spreading disease.

The only time I saw this character was when my rogue backstab killed him and then pretended to be charmed by Ealuriel. Sorry you deleted right after, but I do feel better knowing it was you, and you were running around with plague arrows as a follower of Meissa.
