Not sure what email you used, but Dulrik has no record of any inquiries regarding Xadaba or Sazen. Not sure which one you wanted to unretire, but yes, it seems that posting an Afterlife thread does disqualify you from unretiring these chars, as confirmed by Dulrik. Once again, sorry it took so long to get back to you, but it sounds like a communication breakdown from the get-go.

I used the email that the mud gave me when trying to log in the character. It was a request for illana which is why I removed her from the afterlife post. Perhaps write it into the code that when you try to log into a retired character it gives you an option to send a request to the proper place?

It's less of a rule and more of a guideline, which I guess is why it's not really documented publicly. The general sentiment I get from Dulrik is that retired chars should stay retired. I may already be risking stepping on his toes here, so I'm going to back off this thread now.

Oh, and as for the lost email, did I see on another thread that you're using a hotmail account? If so, I can see that being a problem communicating with SK addies. But I'll leave any further sleuthing to the Head Administrator.
