This character is now gone. For those that know, I don't think he was faking. Slarkan was my first real griffon and I think that I really enjoyed the simple play of the griffarb. Definitely beastly. Wish I could have done more to help the Peacekeepers, but I really felt out of the loop all the time. A few folks definitely were great fun to see with Slarkan. Hope he did not disappoint. |

I never met him and I'm not complaining but I thought it was against the rules for an imm to have a mort in a faction. I'm pretty sure I read that like 2 days ago somewhere. |

As far as I know, IMMs are allowed to have mortals in factions, as long as they are known to the IMMstaff and are only one at a time. Patron IMMs normally do not have mortals in the cabals/tribunals they overview. On Slarkan, I had a fun time messing around with him. Was interesting to see how that went. ..and ugh, very graphic death, yes. |

It is illegal to join a faction that we patron. Algorab runs Peacekeepers, so I am fully within the rules in joining. I've factioned every character I've played with full disclosure since I've been on staff. Tensin (Adepts), Grimnel (Druid), Pfrenyr (Midnight), Vylkes (Hammer), and now Slarkan (Keepers). These were all at times when I had nothing to do with being in charge of any group I might join. I even handed off Aludra when I knew Vylkes would eventually join. I think someone misinformed you of the exact rule. |

I'm not accusing you of anything. I was right it is illegal for an imm to play a char in a faction but obviously now that you've clearified the circumstances we understand how it's illegal. I didn't realize you could do that. I hope you had fun in the keepers, It's nice to see the imms are keeping in touch with the day to day play of the game. |
