Auto-delete got them both, but RL had them pretty much snuffed out long before that. I think each had potential if I could have sustained interest, time, creative energy. It's been a while since either was active, but I'd like to toss some thanks and apologies out.

Taqa was an Uxmaln minotaur shaman, a dewlapped female minotaur. I described her with a brahman cow in mind, and had a lot of fun doodling her. The fact that she was hunch-backed with a ton of loose pendulous skin hanging from her throat made all the male minotaur advances all the funnier.

Her background was sparse; I created her to encourage an RL friend to try SK. As so many heroes are in Pyrathia, she was orphaned, and decided she had no clan but the spirits until she could discover her past and if necessary avenge her family.

She was grey, and the closest to true neutral I've managed yet. She had friends along the full gamut between light and dark; encouragement to join organizations of either spectrum (from those without detect aura). The Fists would be taking her to the ToM while the MC would be inviting her to join them in the CoH. The closest she came to joining any group was the Black Rose, but for reasons I don't recall she hesitated to commit.

Thanks to Sothe (<3 newbies); Kawl - the poor shy suitor, sorry Taqa ran the other way, she was overwhelmed by lonely male minotaurs :P; Serohset, for all the spirit of rage RP, and sorry I wasn't more awake for the wings; Neyxi, always willing to help and offer to include her; Kellen for all the aid from the very beginning; Fink for standing between her and danger and always fun; and assorted others...it's been a while. Wish I could remember the name of the dwarf that mouthed off to her in Teron, that she gored and stunned. Brawls right out of newbie school...was a fun time.

And Xylia, the snub-nosed female halfling from the Wastes. She was a switch for me, my second real attempt at evil. The machinations and manipulations within the faith were at times frustrating and at times fun but at no time boring. Her story was also rather vague and tragedy-laden. Something had happened to her village, she and her siblings managed to escape it and were found by a man of Dabi who began to teach them the ways of power and subtlety. To the world she showed a cheerful face, giggling and full of fun. I intended to vary her description over time to show the corruption from within, as she started out bright-eyed and cute. At any rate, those she trusted saw her stripped of the mask, cold and cunning and quite willing to play every side possible for her own gain.

I owe the Dabi faith an apology, they were ready to trust her with added responsibility and I vanished. I also owe them many thanks and kudos, especially Yalta. I'm sure I should be thanking others, and if you have the patience to slog through all this, count yourself amongst them. :P

Oh, and one other also-ran in my quest for a char that clicked:
Vazkar, my one (and ONLY! the poor wuss) shim, somber male human of the Empire, hellion of Algorab. Had the best knight-mentor RP ever with him. Kelbrin Barago was awesome.

I'm a perma-newb statwise so there's no point listing them. Wish I'd been able to stick with any of them. I miss SKing. :(

They both sounded interesting, and I love interacting with lighties trying out their first darkies, they usually come up with something interesting. I'm sad I missed the change to see them. Good luck with life and hope to see you roll something again soon (especially if it's a darkie! :P)
