Decided now to let the elf slip into the river he always so easily welcomed. Strong to his two ideals, Service to your lord and to your Master.
Got enlightened quite a bit, and never cursed despite how I played the elf. I never enforced Emnity but I never truly casted it aside, rather
sat back with the deep-elves with the innate knowledge I am only stomaching them. Id like to give thanks to Tiamre, Tyali, Tanaar, Gemma, Cendre
Ryordin, Nevette and Hokoro and all those other peeps I chilled with. Best of luck guys!

From what little I was able to see from Marshal, I liked him. Pitty to see him go.
Best of luck with your next.

I never really met him, save for the last time you loged just to delete him, in the chancel (and I only figured that was you due to the who list). The title you had always intrigued me and I would really like to have known what was going on there with your RP. Good luck with your next project.

Bit of a back story regarding him, because the titles I had were more of his outlook on life. He was born en route to menegroth, his mother was a slave. Thus, he was born into slavery. Shortly after his birth his mother died to infections, leaving him alone since just a babe. He spent sixty years in menegroth as a House Servant, doing anonymous chores and the like, growing attached to a woman who was more a worker then slave. Spending much time with her he grew very fond of her, one time he called her mother and she laughed at him, claiming it was not possible because of his ears, they were pointed and her own were not. In a confused rage, he took a knife to his left ear, making himself appear more human. She caught him in the act and told him that it was alright to call her mother, hoping it would stop him from ruining the other. Several years later, the Lord of the House came back from a crusade against the western kingdoms, resting in his courtyard in full armor, drunk off his behind he demanded coffee. The servant girl messed up, and brewed tea instead. Trying to send marshall to deliver it, hoping he would get blamed, the woman he was fond of decided she would instead, to save him from the Lord's wrath. In a drunken fury, the man drew sword and beheaded her on the spot. Marshall saw as her head hit the ground, the void in her eyes looking back to him. He often wondered what the last thoughts were that she had. He stole away on a caravan bound for Teron shortly after, spending the remainder of his life, till he was old enough to leave. Killing gladiators, and learning the skills he needed to survive the world he was born into.

I admit, I failed in the elven concept as I totally neglected Emnity. I did not find it to be a major stand point in Marshall's life, for he was not some lost, whiney elf looking for a home in the tree. Paedrig's attempts to bring him back over to the light only made him despise it more. Talk of 'Belonging' and 'Life' that was robbed from him, only made him believe that they wanted him to turn away from the people that he grew to know and love as friends. Elf, Human, the in between and deep-elf alike. Marshall was not born into emnity, to say it is some innate gut feeling to hate deep-elves is [REDACTED], and moronic, and I refused to play into such as him.

I like the back-story. I wish I had seen some of his RP. Good luck with your next.

Why?

Never met your character. I did notice you because you had changed your title every time I saw you online.

I'm discouraged every time that I see a player who thinks that enmity is dumb and has no place in SK.

Not sure he was saying that exactly. Just that it's not necessarily a knee jerk innate response and it's possible to have elves that were born and raised without it. Hate isn't an bred thing it is taught. I'm thinking that was his point.
