A thank you to all I had the privilege of interacting with, who contributed to the community, and made for a positive experience.

There's a lot that went on in game the past eight months or so that I wish were different, but it all was what it was. People have asked what I've been up to or will be up to and that remains to be seen, far as a next character.

Needless to say, I've kept my toes in the pool. But, it takes a lot of energy to run a character to make a significant difference, and I've been focused on my professional life and health. I'll probably continue to play casually and if ever the muse hits me again and I have the time for something more, I'll put that effort in.

He was around for ages!
Saw some good stuff, I'm sure.
I enjoyed the few interactions we had. I remember him scribing history for the masked woman event. A cool angle to take.

Geirnok had a ton of fun playing with him. Much props on keeping a char that long. Longest I've ever had a char has been like six months RL Hope to see you again man.

Much love for this character. I didn't see the end of his life, but the beginning and middle were certainly good times. Kudos for playing him so well, and for so long. <3

This character made a lot of wonderful contributions to the game. Among the characters you've played, he's been my favorite.

I enjoyed Gailehn immensely.
I thought of him as Garnon's friend, even though plenty of times we were stating one another from the opposite side of the fence.
He was a character who could respect his enemies and help his friends, who could clearly see through the lines and maintain a solid character throughout what in game time is an eternity.

Kudos and well done mate! Nothing but respect.

I enjoyed Gailehn immensely as well. He was so much for for so many of my characters and he has lived an irl year and more over my retirement on sk. I hope you keep in touch on facebook or something so I have someone to play with if I can ever come back.

So it has come to pass - my fiance has requested I write out a history of the old lad, Gailehn. I know there were staff members asking this of me ages ago. While I have always said I wish I had written things down (from a timeline perspective), and I doubted how much I could possibly remember. The answer is apparently a LOT more than I thought I ever could, save some names, and a lot of dates.

Which is why I am posting here instead of anywhere else. I imagine I can turn it into staff sometime (anyone still left I associated with previously as that would make the most sense?) as I'll be needing a bit of help with it. What I have currently is a relatively detailed bullet point list, from Gailehn's 1st person point of view.

My partner also still wanting to play the game and get some friends involved as soon as we can take care of some financial and health issues which have again been plaguing me. First things first, and honestly, I'd just like to finish this little side project off. Besides that, the old ghost is still floating around. Perhaps this little side project will motivate me to have him haunt more.
