SK has RP, WoW has graphics...

I prefer the pictures in SK myself.

I got bored around the end of october with WoW. I couldn't justify four days of raiding per week at five hours each plus spending time farming gold for flasks and potions when the best that could happen is that i get a little better gear that might help me level faster.

I formed the guild with my friend last december and they're still going, working their way through naxx, one boss every couple of weeks. It just seems pointless to me. I'm not sure if I will get hooked after the expansion or not, but for now I'm having a good time in SK. I want to get a high warlord dagger though for my warlock since they are so easy to get now, but other than that I'll just log in to do PvP for fun. I like to get 10 or 15 well geared people all in vent to just crush anyone cross server, but only for a couple hours once or twice a week. I played a little since the new patch with the new talents, but I'm pretty much retired.

Don't care for RP, don't care for Graphics. It's the PvP I live for. And Raiding is a thing of the past come expansion.

As for SK, Sure it was some what fun in the past, and sure I played countless hours of it in the past. But lack of new mechanics to the PvP system or any real changes to skills/spells or even a new race/class made it bland for me. Not to mention 2D PvP is a snore.

Yeah, well I started playing WoW a month back and it's freaking great. The fact I get to run around with a gun in a medieval fantasy game and take a subway and not be angry I think speaks volumes for how great the writers are in Blizzard's employ.

Chem speaks a bit of truth when it comes to SK though. It's kinda bland. Hell I loved and still love SK but there's little to no challenge left in it for me. I'm not in it for the PvP/PK or whatever you want to call it. I'm in it for the RP and intrigue and quests and what have you, and truth be told, everything is a bit stagnant. New races, new classes, something to stir up the mix will be nice, and I'm sure they're in the works. When they are implemented, I'll be back. Until then I need to get lvl 60 so I can go to the outlands and get a flying mount.
