One of a priests strong points is that people need Resses and healers and will do lots of [REDACTED] for you to be your friend.

For cloth armor religions, yes, but light armor religions either have to have really good light armor or light armor that they can use MV on.

Most of them were from darkies or from people that weren't zhensh. Yuu was a Zhensh patriot and could've cared less about people from anywhere else.


RP reasons always win my vote, so, I see no problem with it.


Making a priest just because people need rezes would be boring as hell.

Othet, you proved that a first-time priest can be a good thing. It does teach to RP I was just afraid of the people that don't grasp it quite as well as you did.

I think Surielle was referring to halfling priests, who can hide from souls seeking rezzes.

Also, a tidbit for an earlier comment: giants and sprites are the two races which currently can't become priests.

Sprite priests would be wrongly wrong. You never ever want to see a sprite with full ada.

Definitely the one thing that seems to be worse now than when I last played: finding priests to rezz ya. At least raise dead/breath o' life are not nearly as painful as they used to be.

Why are priests the only class that don't get dodge?

Give them dodge and either enhanced damage or third attack and they would be a bit more versatile, they would be a bit decent at solo situations (exploration etc) and a lot more fun to play.

Too bad warlocks and shamans are even more rare than priests though.

EDIT: This was about Wert's comment. About what GMS said for 3rd attack or enhanced damage, no. Dodge yes though.
