Please have a status directory for leadership activity in law kingdoms like you do for religious leaders. Hopefully this will instill changes to whomever deals with each kingdom so that people who want to 1. talk to leaders 2. get out of a kingdom or 3. wish to become a citizen of that kingdom is made possible. This might also make it so that there are more ACTIVE LEADERS IN THE TRIBUNALS. Instead of ridiculously inactive ones with very active members. Sincerely, Gnimral |

Combination of many factors. If you A: gave cabals and tribunals a F2 type leadership position, and B: gave the different levels of leadership different abilities, it might help. |

I think inactive leaders need to be castrated worse than mules. There has to be a way to know if someone is doing an AFK logon to keep his/her hours up and if they are actually playing. For those of you that use the "Well I'm going on vacation for...." argument do what ilky did when she knew she wouldn't be playing for an extended period of time. |

Its the monthly update which removes flags from inactive leaders. I don't really expect someone to spend every day on the mud to be a leader. I do expect it to be a higher priority than other characters, but when a leader isn't stepping up to do their job its up to the KD to address that. If they don't, then I will step in. And have. Otherwise I think leadership is just too difficult for factions. Faction activity will always be directly related to the activity of its leaders. If we want more consistent and larger groups, we should allow the leadership roles to correspond. |

What they are getting at is that some leaders, will get on but only appear to be 'on'. When in actuality they are doing something else and just racking up their hrs so they don't stop being leader. |

Is there a way to check if a leader is keeping more hours on a different character? Or even disallowing leaders from even having alts? I think some kind of variation of this would fix a lot of problems. |

While I don't like leaders that play alts, it is a way for them to decompress from the stress of leading. I wouldn't want to deny a player their fun, this is a game after all. |

I wouldn't want to deny a player their fun, this is a game after all. I agree. I know that I, personally, would go crazy if Alifer was all I could play all the time.
