Eh? The moot has a newbie area? I guess Kychire isn't being redone, it's just plain old done? It sucked for so long anyway. What the black Hand needs now are orc guards. Like the white Hand of Saruman sort of. That would really be cool. Also all 'council' named NPCs like council shield or what ever should be renamed to Hand something or other.

The Black Hand should be a model for other KDs. If you could give the talons or the keepers a 'trio' or something flashy more people would join. Give the Talons a small dragon guard or something. I donno. Tribs are so dead. I've totally played out the Harlies, been in them like five times Tshotha was in for 11 months.

Hammer is good, but I've even led them if you go way back only #2 but still. The tribunals have so much potential and there isn't any relic stuff to go along with them. I just wish they could lure players. This mud needs more people.

You mean a tribunal that offers low level infravision/fly/invis/shield only as buffs and no guard is above lvl 37? :o

Why does low level have anything to do with invis/infravision/and fly? You are either flying or you aren't. You are invis or you aren't. You can see in the dark or you can't? Why do you try to make it sound like the Hand isn't overpowered? You add the phrase low level to these spells and try to make it sound like the Hand has it rough. It's not really working.

Yeah, Every other Tribunals have a priest NPC or something that gives them hella buffs.

Black Hand has nothing but low level Haste / Giant strength / Shield.

Thats all.

Everyone else crys and says they are overpowered. But look at Keepers, they have law NPCs that can tank and HW/heal/sanct/armor/protection and [REDACTED] that destroy darkies.

The reason why black hand looks overpowered is because they always use these three NPCs that have been proved to not be too good if you are actually prepared in combat that just owns everyone because they all suck at pk and complain and QQ because they arent winning fights when its completly their fault these NPCs look overpowered.
Also, those are the only three higher level NPCs the black hand has if I am thinking right and they are like what...mentor?

QQ more people, please QQ more.

Also, look at fists. They destroy them law NPCs. Hir!!!! the three have been thrown out and they are now officially owning the [REDACTED] out of people with their 4523 attacks they get per round that hit as hard an enchanted khopesh and also while dodging and grabbing attacks. The hand is not NOWHERE as overpowered as the fists. And until they are weakened some, everyone needs to quit QQ and look to the real op.
