Okay, I have no idea how the pray command works(and am very unfamiliar with PC-Imm interaction in general), but let's say I had a prayer I wanted a specific god/goddess to see. What's the best way to ensure that happens?

I can recommend sleeping with the player of the immortal to get their attention and possibly favors in game.

To be serious, the only way is via pm. Prayer is a broadcast on a specific channel.

Another question, does it annoy IMM's to pray IC?

This depends. If it's the same spammed prayer every three minutes, yes.

Example: Blah blah blah, gimme a symbol(F3 slot). (repeated every five minutes)

If it's a really long multiline catholic style prayer, yes.

Example: Dear Lord, my Father in heaven, blah blah blah blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah, Amen. (that last part really annoys me in particular)

Every so often my characters will pray using the pray command ICly. These are specifically times when she feels stretched beyond her own abilities. 98% of my prayer is via says.

I love prays. It can often end up with you being ignored, but once in a while its really fun to see what is being sent up to the gods.

I feel like I must be one of the most annoying "pray"-ers out there. Sometimes I do it like "please help me blah blah" and sometimes I'm like "ooc: omg wtf is a bug"
