Post subject:  As a Matter of Faith

The United States government annually distributes survey results detailing how the population feels towards it. How much trust/confidence Americans have that their leaders will make the right decisions.

What I want to know is, how much faith do SK players have in the immstaff? To handle violations fairly? Fix bugs? Make updates that benefit the players/game? How much trust is there that you aren't going to be treated unfairly due to imm-favoritism?

Meant to add a "I have no faith in the immstaff" option..

I'm not really sure this question could be answered as a whole-cloth matter, since every imm varies to such a great extent.

I believe that the immortals have the best of intentions and the well-being of the MUD in mind. Of course, I'm well aware that they're human and that they make mistakes and sometimes can be prideful or stubborn. They're definitely overworked and under-appreciated.

I would agree with this sentiment for some, but definitely not all.

A agree especially to overworked and underappreciated.

We spend all our time bitching at them with "FIX THIS FIX THAT". Its a volunteer game that they signed up for. No wonder we don't see so many imms. I've met one or two that have quit simply because they couldn't stand the playerbase.

I would take into great consideration that they vary greatly, are overworked, underappreciated and the assumption that they are mostly human. That being said, I trust them fairly well. Heck they could easily have been as good as our last cabinet of leaders in the US.
