I've posted a bug report, prayed for help from the imms, and told the guy that he should get rid of his so we're not abusing a code error due to the fact that the girl got hers from the legitimate means AKA the chest that holds the set.. and has an entire set as opposed to an impartial set. But hey if an imm says hey junk it, the girl AKA ME will junk it. Likewise I think the other person AKA not me, will likely complain for days. *shrug* lemme know then eh?
