can you cast spells onto weapons

I saw that you can curse an object . But can you cast sleep or bless onto an object to make it easier to dealing with the undead?

I think just curse, poison, and plague if my memory is correct. Just check the 'help <spell>' and it will tell you if you can.

Cursed armor is just a PIA. Unless it would be irremovable and also give you the effects of the curse spell (unlike the cursed armor already in-game), I would say this is a wasted feature.
