The event is broken up into smaller pieces that affect specific groups. The patrons of those groups have attempted to coordinate individual times to meet when it would be most opportune for the members.

This is a series with global effects, but it is not an event that makes sense to invite the whole world to show up to.

In the meantime, enjoy your bonus XP.
