Shattered Kingdoms

These might be some bugs that aren't to popular to report but I get annoyed by them.

1. During the monthly castration of character's eq who are not active. Containers are never considered. Slowly but surely all the good containers as well as some scripted item containers are disappearing on inactive player characters.

2. Sith'a'niel's inn still has extra rooms to lock up aside from the commen main room that inn regens.

But just for future reference, this is exactly the sort of thing that the 'TYPO' command is for.
