Okay, now I can't hold detect invis and cast identify, that seems a little wacked, I KNOW i've done that before.

It's a known bug caused by timing out while holding spells. I used to have the problem with my priest all the time. Just log back in.

That's certainly possible. If you lost a level or are wearing stat negative equipment.

In the past you might have be using stat increasers that you lost to a death or something.
