Is this a bug? Maybe headbutt should be included in this:

Actually he was up and swinging immediately, it says you dodge a male deep-elf's attack at the bottom of the first round.

Actually, it looks like a tick happened right after you headbutted the deep-elf.

If you're in the area that I think you're in, the most plausible explanation is that another deep-elf spawned in that tick, and since they're aggro, immediately attacked you, making it seem as if the original deep-elf was still fighting you.

Did you happen to kill two deep-elves afterwards?

This was my first guess edoras but he was the last one of three. (I have the log if any imm wishes to check it)

I haven't played a barbarian before, but has headbutt usually lasted only one tick?

If so, then perhaps it was one of the skills that was overlooked in the recent code change.

It does appear that head butt was overlooked in the recent change. I think the guy just unstunned as soon as the tick happened. Nothing more complicated than that.
