Location: I am at one with my duality.
I think the one in Teron might be bugged, too. I had to wait 20 minutes the other night while someone tried to get deported.

If they're only supposed to work in Teron, then what's the point in having a Magister's Office in Krychire in the first place, hm?

It's supposed to work. The first time I bug logged it, an Imm came to help and couldn't figure out what the problem was, so I know that it had to have worked at some point.
