The First Octave
Fine silver chimes hanging from the ceiling are gently rustled upon entry
into this blue-painted wagon. Fine shelves made of decorated glass and
metal line the walls, displaying elaborate instruments of both ancient and
contemporary styles. Tacked to the shelf near the entrance is a gilded
menu of items for sale, and various bard's accessories can be found neatly
arranged in small brass chests standing beneath the shelves.

Secondly, these are best dealt with via the 'typo' command in the room that the object is commonly acquired. The bug discussion forum is more geared towards larger-scale problems that aren't tied to a specific room/item and may be difficult to reproduce.

Items need not have a detailed description paragraph, but all should have both SHORT and LONG name field values, of which the item is reported as missing. Note the line -

(Humming) (no long description)

As mentioned, the TYPO command is the easiest method for you to report these, but a forum post is just as useful.
