St Croix Hall
The Hall of St Croix is named after a noble Paladin hero of distant
times. A broad, square chamber, its bare stone walls and vaulted ceiling
amplify and echo the grunts and cries of the students that train here along
with the snarls and howls of the beast captured from surrounding lands.
Narrow windows set in the west wall look down upon the Collegium's courtyard
far below. A chill draught does little to salve the reek of sweat and
adrenaline mixed with the various scents of the fiends cloying the air of
the chamber.
