An old, crooked man is stunned, but will probably recover.

A Large, Cluttered Study
Despite the tall ceiling and spacious distances between walls in this
study, there is an overwhelming amount of clutter which makes moving around
the room difficult. Furniture such as tables and chairs are haphazardly
placed in various places around the room. Lining the walls and fit between
the different pieces of furniture are several types of bookshelves, all
ranging in size in height and width. You notice that small paths travel
between the clutter in and around the furniture and into different parts of
the study.
A large jade door seperates the study from a stairwell on the other side
of a nearby wall. Carved into the door itself are intricate patterns and
designs.

Shrouded in a grey robe that sweeps across the floor, this old man hardly
stands at all and is rather hunched over. His grey hair draps down around his
neck in a messy, twisted mess and ends up hidden beneath the collar of his
robes. Wrinkles and dark marks such as moles and freckles speckle this man's
face, giving away his old age.
His head is mangled.
His chest is mangled.
His abdomen is scratched.
His left arm is scratched.
His right arm is scratched.
His left leg is scratched.
His right leg is scratched.
Overall, an old, crooked man is in awful condition.

An old, crooked man is using:
<worn as armor> wizard's garb (fair)
<worn on head> (Humming) a resistance stone (brand new)

You peek at their inventory:
Nothing.

An old, crooked man regains consciousness and rises unsteadily to his feet.

[HP: 99][ME:100][PE: 71][4am]

An old, crooked man sits down and rests.

[HP: 99][ME:100][PE: 71][4am]

An old, crooked man stops resting, and clambers to his feet.

An old, crooked man walks northeast.

It seems to me like he wants to go aggro, but before he can attack, he rests for faster HP regen. Nothing serious, but mildly annoying and spammy.

Actually it's because he's out of PE. The new stun code sets someone's PE to zero when they regain consciousness.

Ahh, I see. Some of the NPCs in that area go aggro after being attacked, hence my confusion. Thanks. :)
