Seems like the sorcerer managed to lose concentration before the damage hit, which contributed (indirectly) to his immediate death.

Also, you can still be on mode stun and use magma. Use of magma should automatically switch you to mode kill, but that's for another day.

Not sure how it contributed to his death. He wasn't getting hit. Kelak was.

That mattered in my head somehow.

The spell damage from the check landed on him causing him to lose concentration, the charm attacked someone in front of him, he was then stunned from the damage from the magma. If you break it down it seems like that's how it should be to me.

No, you shouldn't lose concentration until after the spell hits. Not an instant before.

I think that the only bug here is the order of the messages itself. A lot of resultant effects show up before their corresponding action in SK.

Magma is a big crack opening in the ground spewing forth tons of molten lava upon someone. First of all they're some what bashed from this large amount of molten volume hitting them, and then they become burnt from the large molten mass. This is at least how I've interpreted Dulrik's vision of magma. So if that is true, then what you posted above makes perfect sense.

The only bug here is the order of the messages. He got stunned, plain and simple. No real bug here.

There's no way he would have held concentration.
