Syntax: bug <message>
idea <message>

These commands will take your message and location and record it into a file
as feedback to the immortals. These logs are currently checked on a weekly
basis, and changes are often made based on YOUR ideas. Feedback about the
suggestions made in these logs can be found on the news board, although not
every suggestion will generate feedback.

Errors that relate to skills, spells, game mechanics, player-files, messages
during combat or other problems directly related to the operation of the game
should be reported using the BUG command. Spelling, grammar, socials or other
script-related issues (including scripts that are not operating correctly)
should be reported using the TYPO command. Ideas or suggestions of any kind
are put forward using the IDEA command.

Since these commands do log your location, it is recommended that you log
most things (especially bugs and typos) in the room in which you find the
problem and report the incorrect text as you see it - perhaps along with a
suggestion of suitably correct text. This approach makes things much easier
to find and fix.

Mordeth Road
This small road is very heavily traveled. The surface of the road under
your feet is loose grey gravel kept in place by black stone walls which only
rise to the height of a gnome or dwarf. Blowing around at the sides of the
low walls are bits of debris and garbage that has been pushed aside by the
heavy foot and cart traffic that this road gets. Spaced unevenly along the
walls are breaks that allow for small walkways to the various shops and
houses that line the other side of the walls.
The building to the north of the street has a large pinecone shaped sign
bolted next to its door.
It's partly cloudy, freezing, and windy.

You'll notice the shrink spell was also dispelling and not working.

How this came to be:

Mysterious player starts messing with Prindle:

A) Increased his size until he dropped everything
B) Cast giant strength on him
C) (I think may have cast charm person , cannot say though as it never showed up on my affect list)

Either way I tried to pick up my items that had dropped, and for some reason I wasn't able to pick them all up (The weight shouldn't have been a problem as I wasn't near my max, and they cast giant strength on me)

After some frustrated moments of trying to pick up my stuff. (which I think may have been double-counting the weight)

Anyway I logged off and back on immediately to see if I could rectify that.

tried to pick up my items, which I couldn't but the player did something in which I had my items I could pick up

Fed up I teleported away from the inn where all that happened, to try to reset Prindle's belongings

after getting away I noticed some of my items were now giant sized, and when I tried to resize them, it started triggering a dispel effect on myself and forcing me to drop the item

After asking for some In Game help (assuming there may be some cabal or spell or skill that would cause confused type of behaviour like that) they informed me ooc that it was a bug

Which leads me to the point of logging this example of the outcome above and the sequence of events that lead to the alleged bug.

I have no problem with the IC actions that took place with all of this BUT if this is a bug I feel it should be reported for that sake alone.

A shrine to the Ancients
Stepping under a twisting archway, a large, triangular room opens up to
the sky. The room appears to be equilateral, featuring a second triangle in
the middle of the room where the points of the inner triangle touch in the
dead center of the walls, partitioning the room into four areas. At each
point, a polished sphere, one each of alabaster, obsidian and banded agate,
rests. The small triangle to the east and west of the entrance are a
carefully tended herb gardens. To the south, a rock garden resides, with a
slab of solid gray granite sitting right on the edge of the border. Behind
the granite slab, a small basin of stone has been carefully carved into the
joint of the two sides of the room, collecting water from a small hole in
the corner. The triangle in the middle of the room is filled with a
pristine white sand that feels soft as silk to the touch. This section is
unadorned save for a circular fire pit and two trees that are growing
inexplicably in the sand The eastern tree is cedar while the western tree is
cypress. A fourth sphere of sandstone rests upon a tripod, which is
situated above the crackling fire.

incidentally my gear's weight right now totals 60 pounds (rounding up) which I should have been able to pick up easily.

Obviously there's some other bugs in this mix, which caused me max my max weight, without cause / reason

It could be your gear changed size. I know there was an issue with magically altered size and shrink enlarge spells on a person ending. This is not the case with blacksmith and tailor resizing.
