Were you wearing the serpentine tattooes or another object that does random damage to you at random times? I've seen those tattooes kill people below 15% HP before, and I'm assuming something similiar happened here.

Even with nospam all he would still see a hit message.

and I was not trying to complain of the death, I have died SO many times that I know that there is an echo when you do it should be something like "prince lathron punches through your face you fall to your knees" or something

You don't see the blow that kills you. Its normal and not a bug. Prince Lathron either mashed through a few mirror images and you had no spam on and then hit you for 9% or more with one punch killing you; or he hit the right mirror image right from the start and killed you with the first blow.

IMO it's obvious it must be what Joran is trying to explain you all this time. I don't understand why you still try to make other types of hypothesis, which are not the case

If it only happened once and none of you have any idea what caused it, there's not a whole lot I can do about it. Nothing I've read on here has given me any ideas either. Bugs that you can reproduce on command are things I have a much better chance of fixing.
