Ever notice how NPCs can also cast/dirt kick/bash/etc in the middle of a combat round?

Flamestrike is 100% fire damage. I'm unclear if this log actually shows a bug or not.

Uh . . .I don't know how many times the help file doesn't give all of the details.

All I can say is Hey, big D. According the way it is coded right now can a person get his attack inbetween him saying the spell and it taking effect?

Fight paladin (or priest (?)) NPCs with stone skin up and have them cast flamestrike. I believe that should recreate the situation

Or have so elite AC that you can rely upon the physical(?) attack actually missing - Like in the posted scenario.

If it is indeed a physical type attack or something akin, then stone skin would recreate a similar scenario aswell. Or just create a NPC with 1343254 ac 8)

You would probably be able to determine whether this was the lightning-speed-mob-hits with combat casting or an actual "feature" of the spell.

Well I can guarantee flamestrike is not generating a physical attack. There may just be some display error because of the recent code change.
