Yes, that's why I made that part bold Dulrik. In the blast it just switched target while the NPC was hitting another PC. Keep in mind that the NPC was lured from a PC in the other group(everything was done from the other group actually, I was just there grouped up only with the destrier, waiting for the dragon to die).

As for those who actually go and get kills based on log parts posted here, I really pity you.

EDIT: Benjamin is the easy kill, not Yotbol. :P

Color Spray.
Naylijah fires a spray of colored light at you. Pretty, but useless.

Notice I typed "self" so she should have targetted herself, or for this spell every character in the group.

A trinoceros cleaves a wraith's left ankle, cutting a small wound.
A trinoceros cleaves your stomach, cutting a deep gash.
A trinoceros cleaves your chest, cutting a small but painful wound.
A trinoceros cleaves at your right arm, tearing open a big bleeding wound!

This happened to me earlier also. This was in one round, as you can see one hit went to the wraith and then switched as the three other hits went to me. If any imm is interested, pm me and I will send the log.

There is a difference when an NPC targets another NPC in your group and then turns to target a PC and when an NPC targets a PC and just switches to another PC target afterwards.

The change was implemented years ago so that people couldn't have their pets tank for them forever while levelling next to them in the first row for example. Now if that happens with PCs, it's something that I haven't seen normally happening. It mainly happens after things like blasts etc.

For the npc to change targets after starting its attack on another target within the round is a rare occurance that I never seen....from a normal non scripted/aggressive npc. I got put front row with auto assist off and had not began offensive melee from that round which is correct. I just got targeted by AI.

It's not rare, and if you've never seen it you've not been paying attention. It's what makes having your pet rescue during, or start, combat completely pointless. It can be reproduced 9/10 times.

Lets say I have charmed npc that gets four attacks. If the npc kills the target with the first hit it does not retarget until the next round. The three other hits left over are not given within the round. I can see the npc retargeting the next round but not switching during its four attacks within the round.

A charmed NPC is not the same as a NPC you're facing in PvE.

Well I speak of a charmed NPC in PvE. If a charmed NPC can do this and is not bugged then that is fine. I will have to "test" this out and watch charmed npc's ignore pets using AI and go straight for players.

NPCs are gimpy because they do not think, so they cheat.
