The log appears to show the atyrros on mode kill. That's what he's pointing out.

I know that, that is my point. My mount and I both went into mode kill.

The log doesn't show that part. It only shows the pet on mode kill. I'm not taking a side, just saying there isn't a clear enough picture to deduce what happened with the evidence presented. Feel free to drop a full log in my email.

That is all I cut out. I thought it happened in the same round, so I figured it msut have been a bug. If not, my bad.

I'd like to know if the circumstances can be reproduced is all. If there's enough information in the longer version, it would be helpful. The main thing is your pet stunning previously or a order to mode stun. Also, whether or not there were any other group members.

I am sorry, I dont have the full log, I'm such a dingbat. I was in a very large group actually. I do make sure I am on mode stun and my pet, every time I enter a city, or when I may be in a place where I will have confrontation. Both happened in this instance, so I am pretty sure I was one mode stun, not counting all the other times previous to this I typed out mode stun for us both.

If anyone in that large group was on mode kill, then this is not a bug. Groups will automatically switch to mode kill if only one member is on mode kill, so as to prevent any abuse of law code. Which is what I think OA was saying.

Thanks for clearing that up Achernar. If that is what OA was trying to say, he did a horrible job at it.

Just sucks to be forced to kill someone on an OOC lvl, when my character would have never done it IC. I had someone PM who had this same problem awhile ago and gave me a solution to it.

Its not OOC at all. Everyone in the group is together. They are all equally responsible for the actions of their group mates actions. It is a change, but one that keeps some very crunchy loopholes from being abused.

Good point. It is better then the alternative.
