Despite the fact that those spells aren't intended to be used, I don't necessarily consider them to be cheats. I get a good laugh when I see people claiming that X or Y spell was the factor that let them win a PK. A good portion of those spells are not public because they are incomplete and, in fact, do not actually do anything. I suppose you can claim a psychological boost, but mechanics-wise, they might just be dragging down your concentration and mana pools for no benefit.

Lighten load works mechanics wise.

Prayer and Chant both gives bonus's

You claim they do nothing? So why does the specific bonus type show up in affects? Why do certain tribunal NPCs have the ability to cast them then...they arn't charmed eigther. They can just cast them on request of tribunal members.

I want to see the other ones I've heard about...web and defensive harmony were they?

I will give no information about what works and what doesn't. None of the spells were intended to be used. In fact they were in the game for a long time with nobody knowing what they were. The only reason why they got figured out at all is when I changed the code so that casters of the same class could see the decoded magic words of a spell. I may yet go ahead and restrict them all from being used entirely.
