Thank you Dulrik, I am getting tired of flying to oceans off the coast of Ayamao and fighting Imperial Midnight Guards, Running into midnight guards at a certain Island grove of a certain cabal made me very angry, that is -not- imperial land, sorry.

I would also like to ask, can Necrophidus stop spawning outside D'astae on the island or whatever piece of Unclaimed territory it is on?

Oh and on the ocean, I fly past the midnight guards, see, they are not flying or capable of moving in the ocean once they appear, so you can just fly past them. Guess they used up so much energy flying out there and thinking about how they were going to fight me that when I fly by they can't track me.

The Empire has claimed the sky as its territory as well. They also can't fly, but they don't plummet to their death. What's up with that?

Just set speed to dart and run around a bit, so that the bank account drains abruptly and they stop spawning. </sarcasm>

I should have noted this a long time ago as well. Over the sky need to be deflagged or needs to not spawn any guards like the deep ocean doesn't anymore.

I still want the d'astae which shows up as unclaimed territory unflagged too if it wasn't, I haven't checked.

It is nice to fly over the ocean now and not seem imperial guards who can't swim or fly suddenly appearing and then being left.

The island it is on is in the wastes though.

I've run into my fair share of those bastard necrophidius there.

That's fine, I don't see any reason why they can't claim the island, but of course the D'astae won't let any guards into the actual encampment, and it works that way currently so all is well.
