[HP:100%] [ME: 61%] [PE:100%] Alright, I saw him do it. I yelled that he stole from me. There were others in the room at the time, but neither I nor they have any memory of this crime in Exile's Inn? Have the laws changed in Exile or is this a bug? |

If they were a member of the Peackeepers, then you can't report them. Tribunal members are immune from being reported. |

No, that person was not a Keeper. That is what is so strange about this, but thanks for bringing that up. |

I think it might have been the hiding part. I've been attacked by charmies with the sorcerer invis and unless I had detect invis I couldn't remember the crime. I was also cleaved by a invis/hidden hellion, I fled before any more rounds but I couldn't remember any crimes either. |
