You stop yourself from attacking a newbie. Not while in the safe room. Okay, I can't plant a healing elixir on a newbie why? Last I knew it was only aggressive with NPC's. |

My guess is that because planting things on someone can be considered aggressive (though only NPC's attack), its not allowed with auto newbie up. Its like it in real life. You plant drugs on someone and they just might beat you up. |
