F*f    moist growing things.  There is very little undergrowth here and
pFF    a variety of tall trees rise over you.  It's raining extremely
           hard, warm, and breezy.
Obvious exits: n e s w nw ne sw se
(Charmed) A stately, heavy-framed camel glances around in dismay.
You see glowing red eyes watching YOU!

I am a race that cannot see in the dark, true. But I had infravision, could see everything else PERFECTLY! So why is there a creature as though it is still in the dark?

The said NPC is visible to you, but he or she is camoflauged. So all you can see is some eyes out of a bush.

If it was camoflauged, How could I see it anyway?
I can't generally see camoflauged things.
Perhaps its a Camoflauge bug if I can see that then? (Unless of course that persons no good at hiding in bushes  )

I never see anything that's camo'd. Perhaps it deals with your natural sight for the red eyes since you would naturally be blind. And since its invis you cant see it with infra on. Im assuming its invis for this scenario. I might be completely wrong though. Just a guess.

It is not a camo bug, they are NPC so they are not as good as PC at camflauge so you see their eyes.

Yeah even with natural infravision you'll sometimes see those pesky eyes checking you out. If it bugs you then have them brought out of hiding and beat them up.

You'll also notice it only happens at night, NPCs that hide or camo at night will give out that message, occasionally NPCs that don't normally hide during the day will still give that message from time to time. Guess they like to hide at night.
