This is not from headbutt.

There is a known bug sometimes one dies.
There are a bunch of random messages on screen.

I died falling out of the sky and into a city and i got something like:

Your undead minions stop following you.
Your true seeing wears off.
You no longer see invisible.
You no longer feel stealthy.
Your elemental wanders away.
You are freed from entanglement.
Magma flakes cool down (or smthing)
And alot more of these.

He had all these spells when he died. The bug is the part...

Many things can affect ghosts, headbutt is one of them. I remember a time when you could curse/weaken/poison/plague a ghost after a critical cleave for example.

Cerainly a bug, it needs to be looked into.

The "You are knocked unconscious by the force of XXXXXXX's blow!" line is just misplaced. D has said in the past that sometimes the placement of various lines aren't in the right order. Thats no bug. The fact he couldn't move/speak after he was dead likely is a bug however.

I'm pretty sure there is no bug here because there is nothing odd about it. Unless of course he wasn't G-strenght, hasted, frenzied, disguised, detecting invis, and/or sneaking.

the affects are fine, the fact that I cannot speak after I die bothers me.

Ghosts should not have the unconscious affect, period. 'You are dead' is a different response to 'You are unable to move', so the bug is clear.
