I believe the command is working as intended, it just needs to be explained better in the help files. Default settings AUTO GOLD, AUTO LOOT, and AUTO JUNK are all toggled on. However, if AUTO GOLD and AUTO LOOT do not complete successfully due to no more carrying capacity of the character, AUTO JUNK fails. Turning off AUTO LOOT takes care of the problem most of the time, but this a completely undocumented work around. |

I also believe that auto gold and auto share should be the default settings. That way newbies who group together and don't know any better will get the gold and split it evenly. |

Better explanation of all parts of the AUTO command in the help files would eliminate many types of problems. What the intial default settings should be is a whole other issue. |

That is an excellent idea and you might as well add auto assist to that. |

Very nicely put people. D you're a treasure. I could also thnik of better auto descriptions, something like: Code: auto assist -- makes you attack when another of the group initiates combat, or assist should he be attacked.
auto gold -- get all gold from kills, to the maximum fo your carrying capacity in items and weight. auto loot -- get all items from kills, to the maximum fo your carrying capacity in items and weight. auto junk -- clean up corpses after kills auto split -- splits any gold from a kill evenly, between group members. auto anonymous -- does not reveal your class identity when greet or greeted, just reveals race. auto newbie -- does not allow you to attack newbies, preventing accidental newbie killing. |
