 Post subject: mode stun/bash

I was mode stun this morning. I also keep auto newbie on so accidents don't happen.
A griffon attacked someone else in Nerina.
I rescued the person who was attacked.
The griffon was stunned, probably in less than a round.
I had already typed in the bash.
The bash killed the griffon.

If the griffon was stunned already, I shouldn't have been able to bash them to death. (1. They would have already been knocked down. 2. Even if a bash for some reason is allowable when someone is stunned, I was in mode stun, and it shouldn't have killed.)
If the griffon was not stunned (ie a tick happened), then the griffon should have been stunned at that point, and not killed.

Unfortunately no priest was around this morning alive enough to fix this glitch. I'd like to step forward and say 'I did not mean to actually kill you griffon.' The RP of the moment is gone, and I'm left looking at broken code and feathers.

I was there when it happened. Sucks to be the griffon, but I believe they would have died either way since they attacked a sprite who was probably not mode stun.

:o Hell a griffon attacked a Sprite? Why didn't he just eat the sprite, one bite and he's gone. *chuckles* :lol:

Cause sprites can move faster than griffons/humans can see.
